Our Story

Fraithwen is our family home.

We have spent 6 years upgrading and renovating the whole property, and have recently finished Lletty Ann Wynn. This cottage was built in the 1720's and is a cosy, two bedroomed, single storey stone cottage with vaulted ceilings, its own private gardens, and lots of outside space.

Lletty Ann Wynn has a central lounge, with a beautiful ClearView Log Burner, and Laura Ashley furnishings. From the lounge you can access the kitchen, which is newly fitted with high quality solid oak doors painted in sage green. It is fully equipped with A++ min appliances, and eco products are provided for your convenience. The second bedroom is alos accessed from the lounge, which has windows to south and west aspects of the garden. Through the kitchen is the brand new utility room,  stunning bathroom, and another door to the main bedroom.

This cottage is ideal for a romantic couples getaway; however the two bedrooms also make it perfect for two couples or a family of four, with a sofa bed in the lounge should you have small children.

Outdoor Facilities

Outside the cottage is a lawn leading to fields and a stable block, with lockable large building suitable for your push bikes or motorcycles to be kept under cover, or for outdoors sport equipment such as fishing gear to be stored. There are several taps for washing down, and a heated section for drying boots and coats after a long walk. There is also a Belfast sink for your convenience.

The view from the property is of rolling fields, trees and distant farmhouses. The cottage is not overlooked and has parking for a substantial number of vehicles and trailers if required.
